ÆSIR's Q3 results are now in. The quarter now ending has been the company's best of the past year. Revenues are the highest they've been since FY07-Q3. Gross revenues per share are reported at $2.38.

Early Q4 Bookings Reported

Fourth quarter bookings are already in excess of Q3 gross revenues. This is led in great part by advance training bookings from the University of Ottawa.

FY08-Q1 Dividends Paid

Dividends for FY08-Q1 have been issued and paid. These dividends are to match 2007 T5 summaries. The next dividend payment is expected in October of 2008.

Certified User Status Reached

Eric Leitner has successfully passed the AutoCAD Certified User Examination. He is now one of only eight 2007 Certified Users in Canada and one of only 23 in all of North America.

Two New Shareholders Added

S. Schwegmann and H. Schwegmann have purchased the shares previously held by N. Allaire and M. Allaire respectively. This trade was conducted independantly of ÆSIR and does not affect company book value in any way.

ACC Accreditation Granted

Autodesk has recognised ÆSIR International Ltd. as an Authorized Certification Center (ACC). This is an additional accreditation to augment the existing Authorized Training Center (ATC) status which was granted in August of 2007. ÆSIR may now offer its clients Autodesk Certified User and Certified Expert examinations and credentials.

H. Roth Becomes A.Sc.T.

Heather Roth has received official notification from OACETT that her application for reclassification as an Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.) has been successful.

StructureCraft Roofing Project

StructureCraft Builders of Vancouver has contracted ÆSIR for a complex 3D roof design for the Lafayette Library building in San Francisco. While StructureCraft had already constructed far more complex assemblies in the past, including the 2010 Olympic skating oval, time constraints made the addition of skilled Inventor modelers attractive to the company. ÆSIR is proud to have contributed to the design of this project.

H. Roth Exercises Shares Option

Heather Roth has exercised her options on both Class A and Class B Common Shares in ÆSIR. These trades have increased the book value of both classes of shares. Class A shares increased by 595% while Class B shares climbed 72% as a result of the exercising of these options.

Two Existing Shareholders Called

Two shareholders have been called by the company. Both N. Allaire and M. Allaire have been instructed to sell their shares to another existing shareholder within 45 days or surrender them to the company at the indicated call price.

Two New Shareholders Approved

As a result of a tour of the ÆSIR facilities by B. Schwegmann in April, both S. Schwegmann and H. Schwegmann have requested reentry to the ÆSIR shareholders. The Board has approved these two applicants as potential common shareholders.
